We all know how it feels to have to witnessed or experience a terrifying event. Going through PTSD or trauma can be difficult for an individual to overcome. Especially, if you are uncomfortable or incapable of sharing this experience again with another person. One of the ways we can help reduce the exposure to PTSD or trauma is EXERCISE!
